Sarah Banewicz of Hagaman, NY holds a B. S. in Elementary Education from SUNY College at Oneonta and an M.S. in Literacy from the University of Albany.  She is one of the original members of Tony's Polka Band since early 1997.  Sarah has played piano since age 5, the saxophone since age 9, and continues to perform frequently on both.  Sarah plays the role of secretary, photographer, and fills any other roles that she can in the band.  Outside the her musical career, Sarah is a kindergarten teacher.
